About the position

The Manager, Customer Experience is a senior role within the Office of Future Students, with responsibility for the implementation of recruitment and customer experience activities to achieve University recruitment targets and deliver a premium student experience.  It is responsible for managing the operations of the in-house sales and customer service team that provide advice and support to prospective students of the University.

The position reports to the Director, Brand, Marketing and Customer Experience and has two teams of direct reports including the Future Student Advisors (counselling leads and applicants to conversion) and Future Student Liaisons (casuals who engage in lead management).

About the person:

To be considered for the position you will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and possess significant experience in managing and motivating a sales, operations or customer service-oriented teams. You will have the proven ability to develop operational processes including customer acquisition, prospect management, conversions and business improvement.

Strong IT skills focusing on utilising a CRM program and related technology to enhance and target prospective students is essential for success in the role. You will also be able to use data to analyse and develop reports to measure, monitor and improve quality and performance in order to meet and exceed KPI’s.

This position requires exceptional communicate skills as well as the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes.

Salary details:

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $91,292  per annum plus 9.5% superannuation.
