As part of our commitment to this vision, we are now looking for an Associate Director – Organisational Design to join the team in a newly created role.

The Associate Director - Organisational Design works in partnership with leaders throughout the university to enable the alignment of the organisational structure to university strategy, ensuring a relational approach to the achievement of core objectives. The role will be responsible for providing expert advice to the university on translating business goals into organisational capability and capacity needs; aligning our work to purpose. The role will partner with senior leaders to develop design principles taking into consideration business goals, workforce strategy, career pathways, flexible work options and future ways of working in a distributive leadership model.

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the preferred candidate based on skills and experience.
