Overview:

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Fellow, to work in the School of Business and Management to support, teach, advise and facilitate the learning of students on an Undergraduate programme specialising in Marketing.

Within the School of Business and Management Teaching Fellows play an important role in supporting the organisation, delivery and assessment of modules. The role of the Teaching Fellow will be to organise and oversee the Business to Business Relationship Marketing module. The aim of this module is to provide BSc students with knowledge of business to business marketing theories, concepts, and practices, in particular covering aspects of relationship marketing.

The module will be delivered in lecture and seminar format with 4 hours of contact per week over 11 weeks.  The teaching is scheduled to take place on Thursday from January 2020. The lecture is schedule from 10am-11am and three seminars to follow at 11am-12pm, and 2-3pmin the Mile End campus.

You are required be educated or working towards postgraduate doctorate level qualification, with experience of teaching appropriate to the level of the appointment. You will also have an ability to present specialist material in a logical, coherent and interesting manner. Additionally you will be able to prioritise and balance competing demands, and work independently.  

The post is fixed term from December 2019 to June 2019. Salary will be £6237.00 inclusive of London Allowance and annual leave entitlement.  

Please note that we are not able to offer visa sponsorship under the points based system for this role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
