We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will help drive, develop and deliver a safe and professional service to our customers within the Coventry University Square One entertainment venue.

The successful candidate will be supporting the Head of Service and the senior operations team to deliver a professional and safe bar and entertainment service. Delivering on the front-line, demonstrable experience in exceeding customer expectations is critical. This post will have daily responsibility for two venue bars, drinks cellar and venue.

Good written and communication skills will enable you to manage bookings for the venue. You will have a keen interest in promoting the service to students and staff. The successful applicants will have the ability and willingness to work on a shift rota to include evenings and weekends.
