Job description

Ranked top 15 in the Guardian for five years running, Coventry University is proud to be named as the University of the Year for Student Experience in the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2019. People are taking notice of us, so there's never been a better time to join.

We're not stopping there however - and this is where you come in. We are looking for an experienced and talented Digital Campaigns Officer to join our growing in-house digital team. This is a rare chance to play a key role in creating, planning, and measuring digital marketing campaigns for the Coventry University Group.

Candidates should be able to prove their experience of managing campaigns that include PPC activity, display adverts and social media promotion. Candidates should be able to evidence where their campaigns have driven quality web traffic and increased conversions and/or sales.

The role will report directly to the Head of Digital and will also provide expertise and training to the Coventry University Group on search engine optimization, digital analytics (experience of Google Analytics is a must) and market research.

The post holders will also be required to assist in planning user journeys across our digital channels and work on the university website as necessary to improve content.

Your day-to-day activity will sometimes be hectic, but you will be surrounded by individuals who are enthusiastic and proactive.

We also offer a great range of benefits, such as contributory pension schemes, a generous holiday allowance and access to a range of discounts and offers exclusively available to staff. All this and more makes Coventry University a great place to work.

If you feel you could help us to build upon our previous success, then please complete an application form. We'd love to hear from you!
