Visiting Assistant Professor of Chemistry
The College of Natural and Health Sciences (CNHS) has a one year opening for the 2018/2019 academic year. This appointment will be for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professorship to replace a faculty member on a one year leave of absence.
The selected applicant will teach two or three sections of general introductory undergraduate chemistry course and supervise the accompanying chemistry laboratory sessions that are associated with the lecture sessions. The chosen applicant will also be expected to present a one hour “brown-bag-lunch” seminar on their research activities.
The chosen applicant must hold a PhD in an area of chemistry that is related to the environment and be qualified for the rank of Assistant Professor via a record of scholarly publications and teaching experience.
