The Timetabling Office requires an experienced administrator to support the delivery and development of Timetabling tasks and functions within Registry. The successful candidate will be organised and logical, with an ability to manage complex processes, such as timetabling, scheduling, etc., ideally using dedicated software. The role involves team management, problem-solving, operational and IT and systems responsibilities.
Applications are invited for a permanent appointment as Administrative Officer II (Timetabling). Reporting to the Timetabling Officer, the person appointed will take a lead role in the provision of a high level of service for staff and students, including the production and maintenance of the University's academic teaching timetable, ensuring the efficient and optimised use of the University's teaching space, as well as the development and oversight of students' personal timetables and term-time room bookings process.
Administrative Officer Grade II Salary Scale: €37,323 - €53,707 p.a. (9 points)
Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.
*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the above scale.
