The Electron Microscopy Centre (EMC) provides service and training for UOW students, researchers and external clients. The EMC is a busy area and the role of Microscopy Equipment Support & Training Officer is essential in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently to deliver quality outcomes.

The position will provide hands-on maintenance of equipment within the EMC and we seek an individual with strong experience in this area. Applicants with a strong background in materials engineering, mechanical engineering or physics would be well suited to this role and the EMC team will provide excellent training to the successful applicant to develop their microscopy skills.
