Location: York 

The Careers, Placements and Student Opportunities team is part of the newly formed Directorate of Student Life which places our students' ambitions and aspirations at the heart of what we do. Working collaboratively with employers and partners in the University we deliver an innovative, professional and sector leading service.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who will make a significant contribution to the development of this team.  The postholder will ensure the provision of professional advice and guidance that enhances student employability and success, enabling all students and graduates to make decisions and manage their careers successfully both in the UK and internationally.

Educated to degree level and holding (or studying towards) a Careers guidance qualification (or equivalent) you will have an innovative, engaging and professional approach, with the ability to influence others and develop effective relationships with students and staff at all levels within the University.
