- Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity to take part in ongoing studies that will improve the lives of people with mental health problems. There are two 12-month research workers posts. Ideally candidates will have experience of conducting research in mental health settings as well as facilitating Patient and Public Involvement (PPI). We understand this is a big ask so these are desirable rather than essential. But we really need enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn about different projects within our NIHR Biomedical Research Centre, the successful applicants will have: a degree (preferable Psychology or a related Social Science); knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative data collection and analysis; and excellent communication and organisational skills.
We want to encourage individuals with first-hand experience of using mental health services to apply and for one post this is essential.
There are 2 full time posts available on a 12-month contract.
These are full-time posts - 100% full time equivalent.
The selection process will include a panel interview.
