Position overview
The Divisional HR team provide high-quality, robust and flexible HR services to all non-college areas of the University.
Servicing a diverse portfolio of clients, the Deputy HR Manager, Divisional HR Services will work closely with the Associate Director, Recruitment and Remuneration in leading the Divisional HR team; managing complex staffing issues; providing expert HR advice; managing HR operations such as recruitment and payroll processing; and investigating and implementing various forms of process improvement and transformation.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is confident in complex case management, managing a team with high volume, and who demonstrates exceptional customer and client care.
