The Library Service is looking to recruit 2 full-time administrators to work as part of a busy but friendly team who process and validate the University’s research publications to ensure they comply with funders’ and other related open access policies.
The post requires the following skills and expertise:
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to manage, analyse and interpret policy
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly the ability to manage, manipulate and analyse data in spreadsheets
- Good organisational skills, to plan and prioritise workloads, and to plan and administer processes
- Excellent and consistent attention to detail and accuracy
It is expected that the post-holder will have significant work experience in a relevant role involving data and information.
The post is available on an open ended (but subject to project funding) basis with funding currently in place until 31st March 2021.
It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 29th July 2019.
