We currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual to support in the development of the create vision of our undergraduate fashion design course, set within a vibrant culture of a specialist arts university.

The course has a strong recruitment profile, attracting national and international students, and is delivered in our brand new £22m state-of-the-art building expansion.

As lecturer, you will be working on a vibrant and exciting course with a strong student profile. This is your chance to be significant contributor to the academic development of our BA (Hons) Fashion Design course to deliver on our commitment to being a leading provider, and pioneer of creative arts education for fashion design.

As a lecturer you will also be responsible for the support, planning, delivery and organisation of course content and module delivery. You will be engaged with development of the quality and enhancement of the student learning experiences across the course, in support of the course team, whom you will closely with to nurture an excellent and supportive student experience. Applicants must be able to demonstrate independence and competence in module delivery at a similar level, and have the ability to teach all levels within the overall curriculum.

You will have significant knowledge of contemporary Fashion Design practices and significant industry experience to inform and prepare students for careers in a range of roles within fashion industries. You should be able to demonstrate a level of teaching experience, in delivering curriculum across all levels of undergraduate study. You will be expected to engage with the Universities research culture.
