Can you deliver consistently excellent customer service? Would you like to join our frontline team delivering academic library services to a diverse range of customers?
We’re looking for confident and enthusiastic people with first rate customer service skills to deliver our vision that puts students and academics at the heart of everything we do.
The job is a varied one, so you’ll need to be a quick learner. You’ll be flexible in your approach to work, thinking on your feet to respond to the seasonal peaks and troughs of the service.
You’ll answer a variety of enquiries about our wider-ranging service, making decisions on when to refer to others.
You’ll need to work independently at times: prioritise and manage your workload. Sometimes you’ll have to deputise for your senior.
We’re looking for people with:
- A proven ability to deliver high quality customer service, in line with our WISE Ethos (Welcoming, Inspiring, Supporting Everyone)
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
