DEPUTY VICE-CHANCELLOR (ACADEMIC) 

• Fixed Term, full-time appointment (18 months)

UOW is seeking a Project Manager to deliver projects across the UOW Online portfolio. The position is a hands-on role and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish productive and influential working relationships, determine needs, and negotiate the design and delivery of optimal solutions within the broader UOW context.

The Project Manager is also responsible for managing business process changes, developing change management plans, scheduling and communicating change activities, gathering, translating and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, implementing policy, process and technology solutions, the creation and maintenance of project documentation including project schedules, providing regular project reports to stakeholders, and contributing to relevant governance processes.

The Project Manager will work closely with external stakeholders on the delivery of projects.

The position may involve the management of small project teams to facilitate the delivery of the projects within agreed timeframes, scope and resources. The position is responsible for the successful management of risk including issues within the projects that impact the delivery of business objectives.
