An opportunity has arisen within Member Services department for a self-motivated, pro-active and highly organised individual to join our team.

The Member Services Administrator will be responsible providing high-level support to the Member Services Team across a range of administrative activities, ensuring the smooth running and professionalism of the various member services. The post-holder will be expected to work with a minimum day-to-day supervision.

The successful candidate will have experienced of working within a customer focused environment, educated to GCSE level or equivalent, excellent IT skills and attention to detail.

This role requires accessional work during unsocial hours, including early mornings, late evening and at weekends according to the business needs.
