Location: University Park
Salary: £18,189 to £21,414 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Working as a member of the Campus IT Support Section, you will be part of the laptop loan and repair team providing support to the University’s student community, including advice and guidance, as well as hardware and software support for student’s personal devices.
You are a motivated and technically minded professional who takes a proactive and customer centric approach to supporting the University’s student community, responding efficiently and effectively to all incoming demand for technical and advisory support.
You are a quick and confident learner, are keen to engage in supporting developing technologies and are motivated to upskill your portfolio of support capabilities. Possessing a proven ability with electronic repairs you will be capable of diagnosis and repair of a wide range of personal devices. You are very much a team player who thrives in a demanding environment, but also someone that can identify your own priority tasks that complement the team’s overall performance and work balance.
This is a full time, fixed term post for 2 years. The hours of work are 36.25 per week Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:15, based at University Park Campus.
