We are looking for a Major Gifts Fundraiser who is passionate about generating philanthropic funds that will enable Guy’s Cancer centre, via Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity, in collaboration with King’s College London to deliver ground-breaking and lifesaving patient care and dynamic research into new treatments & models of care.

Guys Cancer Centre is only three years old and as a centre for innovation there are lots of exciting and transformative projects to relay to major donors in this area of priority for the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust.

As part of this role you would be working closely with colleagues to deliver new philanthropic income towards a new vision for Guy’s Cancer Centre around i) early detection ii) personalised precision medicine and iii) survivorship. You will also help to identify high net worth individuals who can and will support this vision.

With a new vision for how philanthropic support can drive forward real change for patients you will be joining us at a truly exciting time.

Our team - This role is central London based and is part of a small, friendly and focused team set within a larger busy fundraising function with friendly and caring colleagues, covering a range of disciplines and expertise. As part of Kings College London, expect training, development and learning.
