Are you an academic with proven abilities to carry out research-led teaching in South Asian History, with a particular focus on the colonial and post-colonial periods? Do you have the ability to motivate and inspire students? Are you keen to contribute to research-led teaching in our department?
You will carry out teaching in modern South Asian History, with a particular focus on the colonial encounter, anti-colonial nationalism, gender, religion and identity.
You will have a PhD in South Asian History or a cognate discipline (or be close to submission) and relevant teaching experience.
