Role summary

The University of Lincoln seeks to appoint a Creative Advertising Lecturer to join the dynamic team responsible for the highly successful BA(Hons) Creative Advertising programme. The post requires an enthusiastic reliable team player and engaging confident teacher, who will be proactive and innovative in their approach to the role. Furthermore, contribute to the management of the course in collaboration with the Programme Leader, Year Leaders and Module Leads. So, the ideal candidate needs to demonstrate an impressive background as a professional designer in a Creative Advertising agency setting to a high standard, and demonstrate how this has informed their teaching.

The successful candidate should also possess effective interpersonal skills and be an innovative student-centred teacher, focused on promoting diversity and inclusivity, while also able to create and manage discursive frameworks for conceptual and experimental creative advertising. They will possess strong communication and organisational skills.
