The University is looking at appointing an experienced administrator to support the delivery of the Leading Lancashire multi partner project funded by the European Social Fund. The successful applicant will work closely with the compliance and delivery teams to ensure timely, efficient and accurate project administration in line with the funder regulations.
Significant recent project administrative experience in a busy office environment as well as experience of organising, inputting and extracting data from various sources as well as checking data integrity are essential. Utilising strong organisational skills, you will also have experience of undertaking effective administrative duties to meet the differing needs of stakeholders and colleagues.
The successful applicant will be have a range of word processing/typing/IT qualifications or demonstrable experiential learning.
An awareness of confidentiality working with external SMEs and the ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines are also core requirements for success in this role.
