The Professional Services Group supports the College, Schools and Institutes in the successful delivery of their objectives. The Professional Services Group achieves excellence in services by partnering and collaborating with academic staff, students and external partners, through embracing diversity of ideas to coming up with innovative solutions.
The College is seeking applications for a new position of Student Employability Manager within its Student Services team. This is initially a three year fixed term, full-time position tasked with building and leading a small team responsible for developing and implementing multi-faceted employability programs and initiatives including enhanced work integrated learning opportunities, mentoring schemes, and other career development activities.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated leadership skills in building and developing high performing teams, and experience designing, developing and delivering organisation wide programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will have high level interpersonal and communication skills and the capacity to quickly develop productive professional relationships with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders. An ability to manage complex tasks using initiative and sound judgement is also required.
