Clinical Trial Research Manager
The post holder will have the leading role in co-ordinating and managing the LQD trial (Lithium versus Quetiapine in Depression). This project is a multisite, randomised controlled trial to determine whether it is more clinically and cost effective to augment an antidepressant with lithium or quetiapine in patients with treatment resistant depression over 12 months.
The post holder will join the Affective Disorders Research Group at King’s College London but will also manage the other sites involved in this trial (Newcastle, Oxford, Bristol and Brighton universities). Recruitment for the study is currently underway and the trial is led by Professor Anthony Cleare and is funded by the NIHR.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for twelve months.
