Stanford University Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a part-time Program Manager 1 (75% FTE) to assist with the development and execution of a new communications program. Working closely with the Chair’s Suite, the Program Manager will work to facilitate internal and external communications. Examples of internal communications include production of regular newsletters and development of an internal administrative wiki page. Examples of external communications include development and maintenance of Department of OBGYN social media feeds on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Ideal candidates will have experience in women’s health and performance excellence methodologies.
- Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of the product/program to a target audience.
- Gather, analyze and report on product/program data.
- Execute a tactical plan to meet the product/program objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of product/program elements.
- Provide administrative support to Product/Program team.
- Track product/program progress against goals and schedule.
- Assist in the development of materials which support the product/program.
Experience in women’s health, knowledge of performance excellence methodologies
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
