The Faculty of Education, Health and Human Sciences is unique in the breadth and strength of professional education and training that we deliver. We train and educate over twenty different professions and our long standing reputation is evidenced in positive student feedback, and the excellent commendations we receive from health, education and social care accreditation bodies.

The School of Health Sciences, which provides high quality education to a range of undergraduate and post graduate programmes that lead to registration in nursing, midwifery, health visiting/school nursing, paramedic science and speech and language therapy, is currently investing significantly in the clinical skills facilities on our Avery Hill campus to provide a modernised and expanded simulated practice environment. As a result we are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual to manage and develop the new Clinical Skills and Simulation facilities.

The postholder will also lead and manage the wider Faculty Technical Learning Support team that supports our other disciplines ensuring delivery of an effective technical support service.

You will have relevant experience of working within a clinical skills or healthcare environment and will have a commitment to maintaining and building the University’s excellence in teaching and learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
