About the Role:

The role of Administration Officer (Work Integrated Learning) will include:

  • Coordinate and administer the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program for Business and Law students for all relevant courses, including: student placements, community engagement and pro bono experiences, internships, international study tours, work-based industry or community projects and simulations.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of initiatives to support increased industry engagement.
  • Establish, maintain and extend high quality professional placement partnerships with key government, industry and community placement providers to ensure the provision of high-quality WIL experiences for students to enhance their employability.
  • Work to ensure effective promotion of WIL initiatives to prospective and current students and relevant stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

You will need to demonstrate:

  • A degree with extensive experience in an area relevant to Work Integrated Learning, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • High level administrative skills, including experience in collecting and compiling data, interpreting information and providing strategic advice and recommendations.
  • Success in the development of partnerships with appropriate industry bodies and organisations in the government, not-for-profit and/or private sectors.

Total remuneration valued to $91,409 - $98,228 (pro-rata) pa, including salary component $77,242 - $83,004 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
