Salary: From £27,830 per annum

The University of Lincoln is seeking to appoint a Customer Insights and Analytics Officer to support its student recruitment objectives.

This role sits within the Impact team within the Communications, Development and Marketing(CDM) department of the University of Lincoln. The team is responsible for market research and market intelligence, advertising and events, including open days, graduation and public events. The post holder will be expected to support colleagues across all of these areas whilst having a particular responsibility for market research.
The post holder will be responsible for collecting, assimilating and interpreting data, in order to identify changes and forecast trends to inform strategic direction.
