We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Cleaning Services Team Leader.  The post holder will hold a Level 2 NVQ in Cleaning and Support Services or equivalent relevant cleaning experience, GCSE English and Maths or equivalent or a vocational qualification/experience, relevant Health & Safety qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience. 

It is essential that you have good communication skills and a good command of the English language both written and verbally to communicate work activities to team members, deal with first/second line customer queries and write short briefing notes for internal colleagues.

The posts are part time permanent positions, working 30 hours per week; with a salary within the range of £21,696 - £26,556 per annum (pro rata). The 30 hour post will be working 5am to 11am Monday to Friday. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season loan ticket.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
