An exciting new role as Business Systems Administrator has become available within Estates, Facilities and Commercial Services. This fixed term role reports to the Head of Systems and Business Support and is part of the EFCS Systems Team, providing technical and administrative support to individuals across the department.
Working closely with EFCS process owners and customers, they will help ensure departmental systems and processes are operating effectively and utilise appropriate tools to support the delivery of effective management information for the department.
The successful candidate will support the EFCS Systems Team in maintaining and developing systems, principally the CAFM system, Archibus and will be highly IT literate, capable of using the MS Office suite of software to support delivery.
Experience of working with Archibus or a similar Estates Management or IT helpdesk system is desired, but all required training will be provided.
Estates Facilities and Commercial Services is responsible for the planning, development and maintenance of the University Estate and provide Support Services to all faculties and departments in the University.
