The Opportunity

We seek an outstanding academic leader as the Professor in Information Systems Management (ISM). Your expertise will make a significant contribution in leading the ISM discipline within the School of Computing and Information Systems (CIS). As an established leader, you will have a distinguished scholarly research record and a renowned reputation in the field. Your role will ensure research, teaching, and engagement activities within this discipline excel, mentor and sponsor staff to develop them and grow their careers in the discipline of ISM. As a leader within CIS you will demonstrate research excellence, provide leadership in the field amongst national and international peers, and represent the University at public forums.

Your Profile

You are an established Professor with demonstrated examples of successfully obtaining competitive research grants and experience in establishing and building high performing research teams whilst delivering excellent research outcomes.

You will bring with you your passion for information systems management. You are innovative and have ground breaking ideas to explore, as well as established contacts within the field. 

With your outstanding communication skills and your commitment and dedication to your work, you will help drive outcomes within your team. You are collaborative and seek out all opportunities to enhance your work through partnerships with end users, industry partners, clinicians and of course, our donors.
