We are seeking an outstanding professional to fill the new role of Director of Strategic Insight and Business Analysis. You will drive a step change in the provision and use of insight and intelligence across the University. You will join our senior management team, reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Resources) and advising the University Executive Team and other senior leaders. You will provide the high-quality management intelligence, related analysis and insight to inform high-level strategic decision-making. You will synthesise multiple internal, UK higher education sector and other relevant information into content that is authoritative, reliable and informed. You will shape our strategic insight resources for the future.

You will be able to demonstrate outstanding communication and collaborative skills and proven expertise in developing data-driven business analysis and insight, ideally gained within a complex, competitive and regulated operating environment. Critically, you will demonstrate how your insight and your strong ability to influence at the highest levels has contributed to successful performance and impact for your organisation. We are open to applications from outside the higher education sector.
