About the team
The Future Students team within the Brand Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) Division provides strategic student recruitment direction and management for the university. The Future Students unit houses a consolidated student contact centre that brings together the recruitment operations for international and domestic markets to achieve greater capability and focus on student recruitment. The team is responsible for responding to our future students enquiries across all markets via multiple communication channels, and the undertaking of regular outbound conversion activities.
About the opportunity
You will join a motivated and enthusiastic front line service team for prospective domestic students as part of the Future Students Centre. You will provide quality course advice to students by telephone, email, face-to-face and live-chat and promote the benefits of studying at UWA with the objective of converting students to enrolments. You will participate in the delivery of lead nurturing and offer conversion activities, student recruitment events, school engagement activities and expos where required, as an integrated marketing effort. You will also have the opportunity to coordinate our casual staff pool, and undertake relevant projects that contribute to the business objectives of the Future Students Centre.

About you
Future Student Officer (level 5):
In this role, you will, provide frontline quality advisory service to future students by telephone, email, face-to-face and social media channels, with the view of increasing applications. You will participate in the delivery of lead nurturing and offer conversion activities, school visits, events, and expos where required as an integrated marketing effort.

You will participate in the delivery of lead nurturing and offer conversion activities, school visits, events, and expos where required as an integrated marketing effort. You will also have the opportunity to coordinate our casual staff pool, and undertake relevant projects that contribute to the business objectives of the Future Students Centre.
