We are recruiting for one Residential Experience Co-ordinators to complete a team of three. The post holders will work closely together, to ensure quality control in our accommodation across the three QMUL campuses. Reporting to the Head of Residential Experience, these roles are key in ensuring cleaning and maintenance standards are maintained, allowing us to deliver an excellent customer experience to our guests who include students, staff and visitors. The team will take the lead in replacing furniture and equipment on an annual basis and contribute to the overall long-term refurbishment programme for the accommodation.

The successful candidate will have recent experience in delivering service provision to highly demanding customers. They will be expected to have a strong customer focus with a passion for providing an excellent service. The ability to communicate with customers in writing, on the telephone and face-to-face is an essential requirement of the post, as is an understanding of the expectations required in student accommodation. Furthermore, a high attention to detail is required.

The post is full-time and permanent. The starting salary will be in the range of £27,251 to £33,615 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, a pension scheme and an interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
