Overview:

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to become part of the growing fundraising and alumni relations team.

The Directorate of Development and Alumni Engagement (DDAE) seeks to connect with former students (alumni) of the University and its predecessor institutions  and other potential supporters to identify and develop opportunities for increasing private gift income and other forms of giving such as alumni volunteering, in support of the strategic goals of the University.

The Regular Giving Officer will play an important role in increasing philanthropic support at the University. They will be responsible for managing the regular giving programme of the University alongside the Regular Giving Manager helping to grow the pool of regular individual donors and asking for philanthropic support for agreed priorities.

We are looking for an individual with fundraising experience, in particular regular giving, with an interest in higher education and the ability to learn and adapt to a fast-changing working environment of a growing team.

The post is full time and permanent. Starting salary will be in the range £27,251 - £33,615 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave,  pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
