EMAIL MARKETING COORDINATOR, edX-Digital Marketing Team, to be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns and automated programs to increase learner enrollment, revenue, and engagement. Will own the production and execution of ad-hoc and automated email marketing campaigns and the analysis of all campaigns, and maintain knowledge of best practices in email marketing. Responsibilities include producing and deploying email marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and convert learners; optimizing campaigns via A/B and other testing methodologies; tracking performance and reporting on results that will drive insight into all programs; coding emails using the latest HTML templates; troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution; collaborating with the Sailthru support team as needed; building and managing email filters and lists based on given strategic direction; the QA of emails and verifying email audience counts prior to scheduling; an actively learning and apply knowledge of best practices, previous campaign performance, and own creative ideas to improve list growth and list yield. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: two years’ experience producing and executing email marketing campaigns using an ESP; experience reporting on campaign performance and deriving insights; solid understanding of email marketing best practices; comfort working autonomously and thinking critically; a bias towards action; familiarity with Google Analytics; basic knowledge of HTML; and eagerness to learn.
