A key part of our strategy at the University of Bristol is to enhance the student and staff experience. One way we will achieve this is by investing in technology so that our staff and students will be able to work and study efficiently and seamlessly and will be able to work from any location.

Our Digital Bristol Programme is delivering technology change across the organisation and we know that our staff and students are critical to the success of this programme. So, we are delighted to offer an exciting and challenging role of Change Manager working with the Digital Bristol Programme Team.

You will work as part of the team to develop change management strategies to ensure effective engagement of stakeholders at all levels.

You will have tools and techniques at your fingertips, to help analyse stakeholder groups, their needs and expectations, and from this develop interventions and engagement to ensure all our staff and student experience is enhanced.

You will have a good understanding of the impact of transformational change in complex organisations, and be able to demonstrate your effectiveness in the delivery of successful change programmes.

You should have excellent communication skills, both in person and through the production of written papers. Experience of delivering change programmes within large complex organisations would be beneficial. A qualification in change management would be an advantage but is not essential.

This position is fixed term until 31st December 2019.
