Research Fellow/Associate in Health Economics
The School of Population Health and Environmental Sciences is seeking to appoint an excellent researcher to undertake applied economic evaluations and develop new research focussed on early discoveries applied to first in human studies, early phase and adaptive trials, and make translational medicine more likely to improve population health. This post is attached to the Data Analytics Cluster (Cluster 3) of the Biomedical Research Centre (BRC).
The post holder will work closely with the Professor of Health Economics as well as alongside others active in statistical, epidemiological and health economic modelling, primarily using R, Stata and Excel in the department. The post holder will also provide advice to BRC researchers, support the development of research proposals and contribute to teaching health economics to health professionals. The Research Fellow/Associate will receive excellent support for career development.
