- Play a key role in the development and implementation of strategy, policy and planning within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences

About the opportunity
In this exciting role you’ll be a member of the professional leadership team for the Faculty and provide expert advice and input to effectively translate the faculty’s strategy and related business plans into operational activity.
You will utilise your project management skills, problem solving expertise and analytical thinking ability to drive a range of projects across the Faculty and its constituent Schools.

- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage effective relationships and partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven management experience at a senior level; together with flexibility, capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and environments and, when necessary, navigate through ambiguity
- Financial management experience and literacy, experience managing budgets and controlling income and expenditure for multiple complex projects
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to provide strategic and cost benefit analysis against operational budgets and capital expenditure
