Position overview

The ANU College of Health and Medicine comprises the Research School of Psychology, the ANU Medical School, the John Curtin School of Medical Research and the Research School of Population Health. These schools work together to deliver world-class research and education across the spectrum of medicine and health-related fields, working in partnership with the health sector at local, national and international levels.  

Working within the Australian Phenomonics Facility under the broad direction of the Scientific Services Manager and directly with the Technical Services Coordinator and the IVF and Cryopreservation Coordinator, this position will ensure the School’s animal facility provides cryopreservation, assisted reproductive and genetic modification services to the highest standard. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team and be responsible for maintaining laboratories to a surgical standard. We are looking for applicants who enjoy working in a team environment, have a willingness to assist colleagues perform technically challenging techniques. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to record data accurately.
