Applicants must demonstrate research excellence in the field of Commercial and/or Corporate Law, specifically in Intellectual Property Law and Chinese Law, with the ability to teach our students to an excellent standard in modules like the English Legal System, Contract Law, Land Law, Tort Law and/or Trusts Law.
