An opportunity has arisen to join the Student Success Department as Head of Student Outcomes (maternity cover). The role will lead a high-performing team to deliver a whole-institution strategy to improve outcomes for underrepresented groups with a focus on closing attainment gaps, the transition and success of students from underrepresented backgrounds and vulnerable groups, and the development of the King’s Civic Leadership Academy. Candidates should be strategic thinkers with comprehensive experience of leading teams and stakeholder management as well as a strong understanding of fundraising initiatives.

The division supports students from underrepresented backgrounds to access and succeed in higher education. It is important that we reflect the diverse student body we serve, therefore we strongly encourage applications from individuals from underrepresented groups including groups where data shows gaps in equality of opportunity, those from areas of low higher education participation, low socioeconomic status, underrepresented ethnicities, those who have completed a degree as a mature student, people with a disability, carers, care-experienced individuals and forced migrants.
