The Department of Analytical, Environmental & Forensic Sciences is seeking to recruit an outstanding individual for a 6-month fixed term Teaching Fellow or Senior Teaching Fellow position. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching on the ‘Bolashak Bespoke Programme in Forensic Science’, a custom training programme for 28 practicing forensic scientists from the Republic of Kazakhstan. Primary responsibilities include the planning, organisation and delivery of lectures and workshop sessions throughout the duration of the programme and assisting students in the completion of a literature-based research project.

The postholder will have; a MSc or PhD in Forensic Science or a related subject, a good understanding of the principles of teaching and learning, strong research skills, experience with the academic publication process and a track record of developing and delivering undergraduate /postgraduate taught programmes.
