Registry has a full-time position for a Registry Course Administrator within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.

You will be part of a team responsible for the support of staff and students in one of the Faculties three Schools. You must be able to work on own initiative whilst contributing as a member of a team. You will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of good customer service. You will also advise on a variety of module and course matters, offering regulatory advice and guiding course development.In addition you will deal with enquiries from external organisations and liaise with a variety of staff both in the Faculty and across the University.

You will be educated up to and including 3 A Levels (Grade A - C) or equivalent. You will also have a GCSE in Maths and English Grade C or equivalent and demonstrable administrative experience.

You will be highly organised, able to manage and prioritise your own workload and use your initiative in a busy customer focused environment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will have significant experience of administrative systems and procedures and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
