BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT & ASSURANCE DIVISION 

  • Fixed-term, full-time appointment (6 months)

The Business Improvement and Assurance Division mission is to support UOW’s ability to deliver on its strategic plan and manage risks by resourcing prioritised strategic initiatives and enabling units to deliver efficient, effective business processes.

This position is responsible for identifying and managing business improvement initiatives to support organisational sustainability and performance. This role will genuinely collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop the business improvement pipeline and manage initiatives that deliver agreed business improvements. The role provides a critical link between technical developers, business owners, stakeholders and user groups.

The role is also responsible for coordinating and providing visibility of the organisation's change management efforts. The purpose of this position is to lead a range of change initiatives and activities designed to support the successful implementation of business change projects at UOW, delivering a staff-centric approach that considers the needs and characteristics of academic and professional staff in planning and implementing change projects.
