Job description
The Faculty of Health and Life Sciences has a vacancy for a Registry Course Administrator within the Faculty Registry Team. In this interesting role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in relation to clinical placements for students on professional courses.
The successful candidate will also support the Registry team in providing support to students and academic staff involved with the provision of Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Professional courses within the Faculty.
The Faculty is seeking a good team player. You will need to evidence a positive 'can do' attitude exceeding customer expectations. You will need to be highly organised and able to manage and prioritise your workload using your own initiative, sometimes under pressure, in a busy customer focused environment. A good level of customer care and standards is required. Candidates will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Faculty which can include moving to work in different areas as well as some evening or weekend work.
You should be qualified up to and including 3 A-levels (grade A-C) or equivalent; including GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent. You must have knowledge and experience of working with IT packages.
