ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II, Alumni Association-Class and Affinity Giving, to provide complex and diverse administrative duties to support the Class and Affinity programming staff. Duties include monitoring multiple budgets; fielding complex inquiries from alumni and staff; maintaining team websites; providing event support for Reunion, Class, and Affinity Group events; and staffing Alumni Association events.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  a high school diploma or its equivalent; three years of administrative, office, or related experience; ability to work in a team- and service-oriented environment and function effectively despite frequent interruptions; strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently on some projects; technical proficiency in a Windows environment; and experience with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Experience with Encompass from iModules, Drupal, FileMaker Pro, and/or AdvanceWeb a plus. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Related experience in a university or nonprofit setting is desired.  Job #17560-5
