Are you an academic with the enthusiasm and ability to carry out cutting-edge teaching in Spanish and Latin American culture and history, and in translation studies? Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional student experience?

As a member of Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies, you will contribute to a wide variety of co-taught modules on Spanish and Latin American culture and history to first- and second-year undergraduates, and on Spanish-English translation to second- and final-year students. You will also be expected to supervise Final Year Projects on diverse topics related to Hispanic culture. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the teaching of School-wide modules where appropriate, and to the School’s activities more widely.

You will have a PhD in Hispanic studies as well as significant teaching experience at undergraduate level.
