Debt Recovery Assistant

Grade 4: £19,202 - £22,017 per annum 

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on a fixed term basis for 6 months.

You will be working as part of a team providing a comprehensive, accurate and timely credit control service within the Small Animal Hospital.  

The Debt Recovery Assistant will ensure clients adhere with their agreed payment terms and follow up on any outstanding payments as per the University’s debt collection procedures.  

You will also liaise with insurance companies to facilitate prompt settlement of insurance claims in relation to veterinary care provided to insured policyholders.
