Manager Case Management System
This position requires someone who has both strong people skills, including the ability to interact with individuals under stress, and strong database management skills. This individual will be responsible for managing all case data for the Sexual Harassment and Title IX Offices, ensure that all data is captured, ensure that all cases are moving apace, provide updates to parties to the process, develop and maintain databases, and assist with an annual report to the community, and provide reports as necessary upon request. This role will administer, support, and manage programs or functions under general supervision.
- Work with Title IX Coordinator and Associate Director Sexual Harassment Policy Office to determine requisite data fields for case management system (CMS) and appropriate reports to generate for internal university and external government audiences.
- Collect and analyze data, create reports, review and explain trends; formulate and evaluate alternative solutions and/or recommendations to achieve the goals of the program or function.
- Input data into case management system (CMS); track progress of cases and manage timelines associated with cases; alert team members of time management requirements for individual cases.
- Conduct periodic follow-up reviews to assess and in response to observations and recommendations.
- Prepare documentation to ensure information supports conclusions and results based on appropriate analyses and evaluations; prepare relevant reports.
- Create calendar (internal system) to track time management markers for active cases.
- Provide updates to parties participating in the Title IX process.
- As needed, explain the Title IX investigation procedures to parties.
- Ensure compliance with university academic and administrative policies and procedures within an operating unit including making reports to Law Enforcement under the Clery Act.
- Evaluate organization’s processes and operational effectiveness; collaborate as needed with university partners to improve efficiencies in CMS.
- Protect sensitive data from inadvertent disclosure.
- May participate in development of budgets, monitor, and approve expenditures. Assist with travel arrangements for team members. May perform limited forecasting and provide recommendations that determine the budget.
- Track training requirements and training requests to campus partners.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Knowledge of Title IX and higher education administration or other relevant discipline is strongly preferred. Experience in database management and report development is strongly preferred. LCSW or similar support experience for individuals under stress is strongly preferred.

- Certifications and Licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) strongly preferred.
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally use a telephone.
- Rarely lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.
