An individual is required with strong professional administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and a high level of organisational ability to provide an efficient and quality service to students, staff and other partners within our Registry department.
The post-holder will work as part of a team undertaking a diverse role which will include supporting the implementation of academic quality systems, co-ordinating validation events, project work and dealing with student queries and information requests. An existing level of understanding about the Further/Higher Education system would be an advantage, but training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Flexibility is essential as this role may occasionally involve working outside of normal hours on UCB events.
